This is one of three boards we finished for Danny Hess of Hess Surfboards

Danny is just an unreal craftsmen. These boards are incredible.

It's really neat to work on such a wide variety of stuff.

Keeps things very interesting.

More Colors

These floors need to be broken. The longer we wait, the cooler the resin colors look. The longer we wait, the harder it is to break!

I'll take photos of the floors now, and the colors are much different. Funny how the colors differ from month to month.

Hullapoloza

Lots of Andreini hulls going through the shop right now.

Most of these colorful gems are headed overseas to Mollusk Tokyo.

Pictured are some of them that just had their boxes set. After the boxes fully harden, they will be ground down and a cap(two layers of fiberglass) will laminated over them. Then when the board is done, the polisher will carefully route and bevel the channel in which the fin goes.
